  Ensure the furniture or accessory is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  For larger furniture items, we will coordinate a professional collection with our specialist delivery team; for smaller accessories, you may use a tracked courier service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
