You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item. Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive items like mattresses cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Do you offer interest-free credit or financing?

We offer various flexible payment options, including interest-free credit (0% APR) on qualifying orders over a certain value, subject to status and a minimum deposit. This allows you to spread the cost of your investment over 6 to 24 months.
