We offer a White Glove delivery service for larger furniture items, which includes assembly and removal of packaging. Lead times vary by product: items in stock are typically delivered within 7-14 days, while bespoke or made-to-order pieces can take between 8-12 weeks.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we encourage customers to order free fabric swatches to ensure the color and texture match your home decor. You can request up to 6 samples through our website or by contacting our design team.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item. Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive items like mattresses cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer interest-free credit or financing?
We offer various flexible payment options, including interest-free credit (0% APR) on qualifying orders over a certain value, subject to status and a minimum deposit. This allows you to spread the cost of your investment over 6 to 24 months.
How do I care for my new leather or fabric furniture?
Each piece of furniture comes with specific manufacturer care instructions. Generally, we recommend keeping furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and using professional cleaning kits which are available for purchase on our site.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All of our furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against structural defects. Many of our premium sofas and mattresses also carry extended warranties of up to 10 or 15 years for extra peace of mind.
